Fabric Utilization Ltd redesigned cutting-room operations through improved layouts, workflow, planning, labour utilization and fabric handling. The operation moved from 10 cutting modules across two shifts to four modules on one shift; headcount reduced from 97 to 47 while maintaining 45,000 garments/day.
